Land purchased 2002 for future development
This plot of land was elevated & therefore needed a lot of groundwork/excavation in order to provide access road & level plot for the house & pool |

The plot was excavated & levelled & building work started at the beginning of 2004 | |

Special cement pumps are able to reach even the most difficult areas. | |

The base & columns were constructed | |

The swimming pool is a special liner type & was ideal for this plot | |

The villa is constructed of hand-worked stone for the interior & exterior walls which of course takes a longer time to build than the traditional cement/steel construction | |

Retaining walls were stone clad to give a better appearance in keeping with the villa | |
 |
Final product !!! There was no hurry to build and the project was scheduled over a 2 year period. |
